10/229 Parkhouse Farmhouse

GV II

Circa mid-C18, ashlar. Steeply pitched plain tile roof with stone coped gabled
ends. Moulded eaves cornice. Stone plinth. Two storeys, two bays. On west
elevation, two pairs of sashes with glazing bars in moulded frames to ground and
first floors. Victorian gabled wooden porch on north elevation. Central brick
ridge chimney stack. Attached to rear (east) at right angles is an earlier C18
brick wing, one storey and attic, with steeply pitched plain tile roof. South
elevation of sandstone ashlar.
