STONELEIGH Stoneleigh Deer Park

Circa mid C19 sandstone ashlar cottage in neo-Tudor design. Steeply pitched
plain tile roof with four gabled ends with wide eaves and bargeboards. Cross
shaped plan, one storey and attic. North gable towards main road with splayed
stone bay window with mullion/transom casements. Above a square headed stone
mullion/transom with leaded lights and drip mould. West elevation has narrow
projecting gabled bay containing a four-centred arched doorway with plank door
and fanlight. To left and right of this gabled bay are cross mullion/transom
casements.
