Mid C19 range of four cottages in neo-Tudor design. Sandstone ashlar and plain
tiled roof with gabled ends and moulded eaves. One storey and attics. Five
slightly projecting gabled bays with moulded kneelers and four slightly project-
ing intermediate dormers breaking the eaves; the dormers on carved brackets. In
each gabled bay a small square-headed lancet with diamond pane light. Two
narrow four-centred arched doorways to the projecting gabled bays two and four
from right, which open into vestibules containing paired doors facing each
other. Square headed mullion/transom windows with drip moulds, two with diamond
panes, other two with glazing bars.
