Circa 1600 timber-framed cottage with painted brick and some wattle and daub
infill panels. On sandstone plinth. Steeply pitched thatched roof with gabled
ends. One storey and attic, two window range. C19 two-light casements with
glazing bars. One gabled and one eyebrow dormer. Two end brick chimney stacks.
Brick lean-to at south-west end.
