Circa C17 timber-framed cottage encased in brick, and extended to west, in red
brick, in C18. Steeply pitched plain tile roofs with gables ends. The earlier
portion is of one storey and attic and parallel to road; the later portion of
two storeys is at right angles with gable facing road. T-shape on plan.
Fenestration of three-light casements with leaded panes. One gabled dormer at
eaves level on earlier portion. Lean-to porch in angle between two portions.
Two brick ridge chimney stacks, one to each portion.
