House. C16. Large timber-framing with painted brick infill to ground floor;
irregular small timber-framing with painted brick and rendered infill to first
floor; close-studded timber-framing with rendered infill to first floor left;
C20 plain-tile roof; C19 brick ridge stacks to left, centre and right. E-plan.
2-storey, 6-window range. 2-panel door to right of centre with flat hood on
brackets. Flat-roofed angled bay window to end of central cross-wing. Irregular
fenestration of casements. Queen-post roof truss to central cross-gable. Double
queen-post roof truss to right cross-gable. Close-studded timber-framing to left
cross-gable. Interior: close-set massive floor joists to first floor of left
cross-wing. Chamfered spine beams to ground floor. Open fireplaces to some
ground floor rooms.
