Circa 1900. Stucco with sham timber framing to upper floors, ground floor red
brick ashlar dressed. 2 storeys and attics. Gabled tiled roof with 2 gabled dormers.
2 upper floor oriel bay windows with mullions and transoms. Stone mullions and
transoms to ground floor windows. Plaster panel set in upper wall has crown in
foliage surround. Included for group value.

No 20A, Nos 20 to 25 (consec) and No 1 North Street form a group.
