Cottage. C17. Altered and slightly raised C19; late C20 alterations and
additions to rear. Timber framed with colourwashed brick infill; return sides
underbuilt in colourwashed brick. Tile roof; brick external stack to left and
end stack to right. 2-unit plan. One storey and attic; 2-window range. Entrance
in left return side has late C20 timber and glass porch. Ground floor has C20
two-light casement on left. Fixed light window with glazing bars on right abuts
C19 three-light casement with horizontal glazing bars. Dormers have 2-light
casements. Right return side has lias semi-circular bread oven projection.
Interior: rear wall has exposed framing; room to right has infill replaced with
glass, and C19 carved fireplace. Ceiling beams.
