- II
House. Late C18 with early and mid C19 alterations. Left range partly of squared
coursed ironstone, partly brick. Main range of Flemish bond brick; right half
stuccoed, with moulded cornice. Old tile roofs; largely renewed brick end and
ridge stacks. L-plan with wing to left. 2 storeys and attic, 5-window main
range. Symmetrical right half has central 8-panelled door and overlight. Plain
stucco porch of columns and simple entablature. Tripartite sashes and central
sash. Left part has tripartite 9-pane sashes. Blocked doorway.
One-storey-end-attic, one-window range on left. Front and part of right return
side of wing of brick. Plank door. light casement to left. Wing has leaded
2-light attic casement. Right return side has stable and plank doors. Horizontal
sash on left. Openings to left ranges have brick shallow segmental arches,
painted above windows. Irregular rear has mid C19 range on left, and lean-to on
right of main range. Three 2-light dormers. Interior not inspected.
