Former farmhouse. Late C17/early C18j rear wing possibly later. Early C19 and
late C20 alterations. Whitewashed brick; rear wing of brick. Late C20 plain-tile
roofs; partly-rebuilt brick ridge stack. L-plan, with lower wing on right to
rear. 2 storeys and attic; 4-window range. Third bay has C20 part-glazed door in
early C19 painted wood doorcase of flirted pilasters and shallow flat hood.
2-light casements with glazing bars and painted gauged brick flat arches. 3 late
C20 two-light roof dormers. Return sides have exposed roof timbers and attic
windows. Irregular rear wing has late C20 casements. Interior has some
stop-chamfered beams. Rear wing has exposed timber framing to end wall.
