2 cottages. Mid/late C18 with C19 alterations. Main range (No.21) of
whitewashed brick with string course. Thatched roof; brick ridge stack. One
storey and attic; 3-window range. 2-light C19 casement and two 3-light
casements with glazing bars in enlarged openings. 3 porches, with tile roofs, 2
open and with half-glazed doors and that to right glazed and with stable door.
2-light swept dormers above,with cross-glazed 2-light casements. No. 17 is mid
C19 addition projecting forward on left. Brick. Slate roof: brick and stack.
One-unit plan. 2 storeys; 1-window range. Flush 6-panelled door on right in
wood doorcase with pilaster strips. C20 three-light casements. Ground floor
windows throughout have brick segmental arches. Interiors not inspected.
