Cottage, formerly 2; semi-detached. C17 with C19 lean-to addition against right
return side. Timber framed with plastered infill. Right end rebuilt and addition
of whitewashed brick. Corrugated iron roof; brick right end stack. Addition has
slate roof. 2-unit plan. One storey and 2 attics; 2-window range. Lean-to has
C20 door. 2-light casements with glazing bars. Raked dormers have cross-glazed
2-light casements. Right return side has 2- and 3-light C19 casements. To rear
left part is rebuilt and right part underbuilt in whitewashed brick. Interior
noted as having run-out chamfered beam.
