Watermill. Early C19, with wings added to east and west gable end, mid C19. Red
brick, Flemish bond and plain-tiled roof. 2 ridge stacks. Mill of 2 storeys and
loft. Sack hoist machinery intact. Segmental arches to first and ground floor
openings. Wheel-house adjoins on the west. Mill house added on the east. Red
brick, Flemish bond and plain-tiled roof. Ridge stack. 2 storeys and attic. One
hipped dormer on the front. 2 first floor 3-light window in segmental arches.
One similar window and 2 doorways, one blocked, at ground floor. The east gable
has a casement under a segmental to each storey. Interior: 2 pairs of stones now
removed. Iron wallower and undershot waterwheel.
