Gatepiers, garden wall and clairvoyee. c.1732. Red brick, Flemish bond, with
moulded sandstone dressings. One pair of gatepiers opposite the front doorway.
Square with moulded stone cornice. Flanking garden walls are ramped towards the
piers and have sandstone coping of half-ogee profile. On the south-west side the
wall is lower to form a clairvoyee. On the north-east side the wall returns to
the side of the house. There is another similar pair of gatepiers in this wall.
