Shop and dwelling. Early C19; back range possibly slightly earlier. Scored
stucco with plain cornice. Old plain-tile roof; brick ridge stack. L-plan, with
long wing on left to rear. 3 storeys; 2-window range. Arched entrance to
passageway on left. Late C19 wood shop front has pilaster strips and fascia, C20
glazed door, overlight and 2-light window. C20 window to right. Sashes, of 16
panes to first and 8 panes to second floor. Rear wing of brick with dentil
cornice. 3 storeys; 2-window range. First floor has a 25-pane sash. Interior not
inspected.
