Houses, now part of a factory. Early C19; not of one build and stepped down the
street. Flemish bond brick. Old plain-tile roofs. Complex irregular plans now
partly obscured by additions to rear. 3 storeys. 4-bay left range has painted
rendered dressings, with moulded and dentil cornice and parapet, gable parapets
and brick right end stack. Second bay has round-arched doorway with blind
tympanum and fielded 6-panelled door. Doorcase has been removed. Narrower fourth
bay has flush 6-panelled double-leaf doors; rusticated rendered elliptical arch
has triple keyblocks. 16-pane sashes with some alterations to ground floor;
first floor has sashes; lower second floor has C20 fixed lights. Rusticated
rendered flat arches with triple keyblocks throughout. Lower one-bay central
range has C20 ground floor with large doors. Upper floors, re-faced C20, have
4-pane sash and 3-light casement above. 2-bay right range has doorway with
rusticated rendered arch and C20 door. C20 double doors on right cut into
blocked window; another window has 4-pane sash; both have rusticated rendered
flat arches with keyblocks. First floor has 2-light window on left and C20 cross
window; second floor has C20 three-light and C19 two-light casements. Interior
not inspected.
