GV II
House, now flats, and attached railings; part of a row. Late C18. Flemish bond
brick with rendered dressings. Roof not visible. Double-depth plan. 3 storeys;
3-window range. Regular front has moulded cornice. First bay has half-glazed
panelled door and fanlight with panelled reveals; left reveal is part-glazed.
Doorcase of Doric pilasters with paterae and open pediment. Third bay has
6-panelled door with fanlight and brick round arch. Ground and first floors have
break-front tripartite sashes with thin Doric half-columns and pilaster. Sashes,
6-pane to second floor, have rusticated rendered flat arches with triple
keyblocks. First floor has sill course. Interior not inspected. Cast iron
railings have 3 urn finials and curved ends.
