House, now club; part of row. c.1830. Colourwashed stucco with moulded string
courses, pilasters, cornice and parapet. Plain-tile roof; no visible chimneys.
Double-depth plan. 3 storeys; 5-window range. Giant pilasters have incised
Grecian ornament. Third bay has Tuscan doorcase of half-columns, with paterae
above capitals, and open pediment. Fanlight, and recessed late C20 double-leaf
doors. Mid/late C19 doorway to passage on right has fluted wood surround cut
into right pilaster. Mid/late C20 top-hung windows, and centre-hung windows to
lower second floor, all in shallow segmental-arched openings. On ground floor
fourth bay has wider window with panelled centre. Interior not inspected.
