Cottage and canal bridge. Mid C19. Cottage. Purple brick with dentil cornice.
Slate roof with brick end stacks. 2 storeys to road, 3 storeys to canal to rear.
2 doors and irregular fenestration of 2-light casements. To rear, upper floors
have 2-window range of 2-light casements. Ground floor has large basket-arch,
now blocked, which originally gave access to wharf. Bridge. Purple brick with
brick-coped parapet ending in stone-coped piers. Single basket-arch over canal.
