Cottage. C17; largely refaced mid C19. Timber-framed, of large framing with
brick- inflict front refaced in brick; right bay of sandstone rubble. Old
plain-tile roof; brick ridge stack, 2-unit extended to 3-unit plan. One storey
and attic; 2-window range. Plank door on left. Casements with glazing bars, of 3
lights to ground floor and 2 lights to dormers. One-storey addition to left has
2-light casement with horizontal glazing bars, Right window has brick lintel;
other openings have brick segmental arches. Exposed framing to rear. Interior
noted as having beams.
