9/37 Kimberley Green Cottage

Cottage. CI8 with some CI9 alterations. Sandstone rubble with rendered quoins
and string course, and brick dogtooth cornice. Plain-tile roof has rendered
gable parapet to left end; old brick ridge stocky C19 brick left end stack.
3-unit plan. 2 storeys; 2-window range. C20 half-glazed door has plain-tile
nood. Irregular fenestration of late C20 top-hung windows and C19 two- and
3-light casements with horizontal glazing bars. Brick segmental arches. First
floor has old 3-light casements with horizontal glazing bar. Interior has beams
and open fireplace.
