Cottage. C18 with some C19 alterations. Sandstone rubble with rendered quoins and string course, and brick dogtooth cornice. Plain-tile roof has rendered gable parapet to left end; old brick ridge stocky C19 brick left end stack.

Three-unit plan. Two storeys; two window range. C20 half-glazed door has plain-tile hood. Irregular fenestration of late C20 top-hung windows and C19 two- and 3-light casements with horizontal glazing bars. Brick segmental arches. First floor has old three-light casements with horizontal glazing bar.

Interior has beams and open fireplace.
