House. C17 with later alterations. Timber-framed with brick infill and some
brick rebuilding; plain-tile roof; brick ridge stack and corner stack. 3-cell
range aligned east-west facing south. North front: one-storey-and-attic; 3 tiers
of square panels to eaves level and straight braces; the left hand bay has been
rebuilt in brick. 4-window front: C20 casements irregularly spaced; 2 gabled
dormers, one to the centre and a larger one to the left containing 2 windows;
both these dormers appear to be C20. The right hand gable end has an exposed
queen strut roof truss with V-struts above the collar. The south front has 2
doors each within a C20 porch. Interior not inspected.
