1803 (date in south-east boundary wall) with mid C19 additions. 3 storeys
stucco and cement rendered. Block string course and plinth. Hipped slate
roof with conical stair light sunk in centre of ridge.
Projecting eaves. 3 windows, recessed, sash, glazing bars block sills.
Ground and 1st floor superimposed rendered bay windows of 3 lights.
Tripartite window centre of 1st floor with moulded cornice. Ground floor
with rendered entrance bay flanked by Doric pilasters. Recessed door
of 6-fielded panels with side lights, rectangular fanlight above. In
front, Doric pedimented porch, free standing columns and pilasters to
wall. South-east front has 2 block string courses. Bay windows as on
entrance front. The 2nd floor is slate hung. North-west front of 2
windows with broad rendered architraves. Rear facade slate hung, 3
windows, one in projecting bay which has large lunette with glazing bars
above plain cottage door. 2 of the other windows, have tent hoods with
