Circa 1830 part of terrace but more substantial. 3 storeys, chequer brick
with red brick dressings, slate hung sides. Low pitch hipped slate roof
with wood eaves cornice. One window, recessed, sash, glazing bars,
block sills. Good 3 light bow window, 1st floor with thin moulded strips,
reeded to sides, frieze, with cornice, plain apron. Recessed door of 4
fielded panels, semi-circular fanlight with glazing bars, reeded imposts
to rubbed brick arch.
