Circa 184O detached house of 2 storeys purple grey headers with red brick
dressings, chequer brick sides. Low pitch hipped slate roof, wide wood
eaves cornice. 2 windows, one in recessed entrance bay, full length,
recessed, sash, glazing bars, block sills, flat brick arch to ground floor
window. Recessed door of 3 fielded panels, semi-circular fanlight
with glazing bars, gauged brick arch over.
