Restaurant, formerly inn. C1814 front to later C17 or early
C18 building. Stuccoed and grooved to imitate masonry over
stone rubble. Old tiled roof with 2 end and central brick
chimneystacks. 2 storeys 4 windows. 1st floor has three
3-light C19 wooden casements and 1 single pane window.
Doorcase with wooden pedimented hood on brackets and
half-glazed wooden door and 1 rectangular window to right of
this. Square mid C19 sash to left of this with horns in former
door surround and left side open pedimented surround with
floral moulding in centre. Wooden brackets and reeded
pilasters. 3-light window. Deep plinth.
Interior has 2 ground floor stone fireplaces with wooden
bressumer. Chamfered spine beam.
