House formerly farmhouse. Late C17 or early C18 altered in
C20. Rendered with thatched roof, half-hipped to left. Central
panelled brick chimneystack. 2 storeys 4 windows. Casement
windows, including 1 original stone mullion to centre 1st
floor and 2 sliding casements. Gabled modern weather porch.
Right-hand side has modern lean-to porch. Left-hand side has
wooden bressumer. Modern lean-to extension to rear.
Interior has exposed square framing. Right side ground floor
room has open fireplace with bread oven and salt niche. 2
panelled doors with fielded panels to ground floor. Winder
staircase.
