Dated 1739 on rain water head with initials THA 3 storey. Tile hung
(shaped tiles). Moulded dentilled wood cornice, tile hung parapet with moulded
coping. Old tile roof. 8 windows to upper floors (no glazing bars). Diary
has C19 shop front and Butcher's shop has early C19 with shutters, under tiled
pent roof across ground floor on columnar supports.

Nos 1 to 12 (consec) form a group with the Town Hall, and Nos 131 to 144 (consec)
and Midland Bank
