Shortly before 1859. Built as a Corn Exchange by the Marquess of Ailesbury.
Rendered. 2 storeys. Band. Moulded eaves cornice. Parapet masking roof.
4 blind panels with cills on 1st floor. Arcade of 4 depressed arches with keystones
and moulded imposts, that on left open to yard, remainder with C20 glazing and
glazing bars.
