Early C19. 2 storey and attic.Chequer brick with 1st floor string, boxed eaves
and half-hipped old tile roof. 3 dormers. 2 3-light windows flanking central
single window on 1st floor. 2 3-light windows on ground floor, flanking C19
central door with plain rectangular fanlight in stone Doric porch, of double
pairs of columns and entablature, approached by 4 moulded steps. C19 urns on
porch landing, and C19 rails across front. Flanking early C19 brick garden walls
with stone coping, stepped up in regular lengths with hill. The house has some
fine trees to right hand and is of considerable value in street. Contemporary
rainwater head with ornamental moulding and downpipe.
