C18. Chequer brick. Pitched old tile roof. Red brick stacks. 2 storeys.
Brick oversailing courses at eaves. 5 window ranges, 1st and 5th sashes with
Gothick glazing bars, 4th casements with Gothick glazing bars, 2nd and 3rd C19
casements, and 3rd has oblong bay on ground floor with tile pent roof which is continued
to left on wooden posts, covering C19 front door with fielded panelling, and remaining
2 windows. No 44 has early C19 3 storey extension to rear. Late C18 railings (partly
lattice work) with urn finials.
