C18, or possibly older. Left hand part timber framed, with white washed brick
nogging. Remainder early C19 white washed brick. Hipped thatch roof. Red brick
stacks. Left hand part 1 storey, remainder 2 storeys. 4 cased sashes on 1st
floor, 2 on ground floor, then 2 more tripartite. Early C20 door behind timber
porch of same date.
No 1 (Ferndale), ePost Office and Manton Weir Farmhouse form a group, with
Nos 66 to 70 (consec), The Oddfellows Arms public house and No 73.
