10/256 No 20 (Kilderkin Cottage)

GV II

House. Early C19, altered. Red brick with some blue headers in Flemish bond,
returns of flint with brick gables; plain tile roof. 2 storeys, 2 bays. C20
6-panel door to left of centre (top 2 panels glazed) in wooden architrave with
bracketed hood. Flanking mid-late C19 4-pane sashes with segmental brick
arches. On 1st floor unequally-hung 12-pane sashes. Stepped dentilled eaves.
Brick stack at left end. C20 rear extension not of special interest.
