GV II

House and attached coach-house, now all one. Early-mid C19, altered. Red
brick, former coach-house with blue headers, in Flemish bond; left return part
tile-hung. Welsh slate roofs. Brick stacks. 2 storeys, former coach-house
slightly lower; each of 3 bays. House, on left, has central part-glazed panel-
led door under bracketed hood. 16-pane sashes with segmental brick arches. End
stacks. Former coach-house on right has carriage entrance with C20 board doors,
tripartite window to right having 12-pane sash flanked by 4-pane sashes, and
12-pane sashes to left and above; all openings with segmental brick arches,
ground-floor windows late C20. Left return: ground floor of brick with one
wide window; 1st floor tile-hung having two C20 12-pane sashes to rear range
and to front range a tripartite window with a 12-pane sash flanked by 4-pane
sashes. Right return: former coach-house has 1st-floor taking-in door, now
with late-C20 window.
