Cottage, C18 and C19. Flint with brick dressings, C19 work in brick. Thatched roof. Two-storey, three bays. Original building of two bays with central entrance and stack in right gable. Bay added to left gable mid C19 and door with internal lobby reset opposite stack and external turned wood porch. Boarded door. Iron pane casements in segmental headed openings and dormers with diamond leading. Thatch half hipped to right.
