Lychgate and flanking railings, 1844, by Benjamin Ferrey. Lychgate
in ashlar limestope with slate roof, Romanesque revival style.
Tall chevron arches on short raised columns, within steeply gabled
ends. Roundel in apex. Paired round-headed side lights and corbel
table. Open roof and timber front gates with elaborate iron
hinges. Attached either side cast iron railings on dwarf wall
ending in stone and flint piers.
