5/34 Nos 247, 248 and 249 (Pipers Barn)

Farmhouse, now 3 cottages. C16 - C17. Timber framed with
whitewashed brick noggings. Thatched roof. Nos 247 and 248 facing
Green, single storey and attics, 3 bays, the framing 2 panels high
with straight corner braces. Boarded doors and timber casement
windows. 3 flush dormers. External stack left of bay 1 and stack
between bays 2 and 3. No 249 forming 3-bay cross wing, 2-storey
timber framed with 2 panels high to each storey and corner braces.
Entrance to side; pair of C20 timber panelled doors, and timber
casement windows. Front room internally has moulded spine beam.
Interiors of 247 and 248 not seen.
