Manor Farmhouse
II
Farmhouse. Late C17 and late C18. Brick with tiled roof replacing
thatch. Two-storey and attics. Four bays and attached dairy to
rear. Central stair hall, parlour to right, living room left and
kitchen beyond major stack. C18 panelled entrance door.
Tripartite 12-pane sashes. Brick with incised TT and 1780 low in
left gable towards road.
Interior: Roof with short windbraces to centre bay. Heavy
chamfered spine beam in kitchen. Wall right of stair said to have
long diagonal timbers, probably tension braces.
