Pair of estate cottages. 1860. Red brick with blue brick
patterning. Tiled roof. Two-storeys, bilaterally symmetrical with
facade extended as buttresses. Boarded door in pointed brick arch,
1 door now glazed window. Three-light timber mullioned and
transomed windows, the frame stop chamfered, and shallow brick arch
over with tile hung tympana. First floor windows gabled half
dormers. Central stack with tumbled brick offset and centre rib.
Roundel with date at base of stack.
