Cottage, C17. Brick and clunch with some timber framing. Thatched
roof. Single storey and attic, 2 bays. Lobby entry plan. Boarded
door in light timber porch. Timber casement windows. Bay to left
of entrance wider with facing and gable of mixed flint, clunch and
sarsen pebbles. Framing exposed only in east gable, 3 panels high
with corner braces,the ground floor timber replaced with header
bond. C20 extension to right rear. Stack off-centre and roof half
hipped.
