GV II

House, mid C18, chequered brick with ashlar dressings and concrete
tiled roof, half-hipped to north. South end stack. Two storeys,
3-window range. Cyma-moulded flush stone mullion windows, 3-light
to sides, 2-light to first floor centre over door in chamfered
stone surround. Ground floor window surrounds have brick voussoirs
and ashlar flush keystones over. Flush quoins and raised first
floor band. Single storey additions each end. Sun Fire plaque
300102 affixed. House had thatched roof and 6-panel door at time
of 1952 Provisional List.
