House, C18 and early C19, red brick with Bridgwater tile hipped
eaves roof and 2 rear wall stacks. Two storeys, originally 2-
window range, extended to three. Original range has two first
floor round-arched windows with casement pairs and Y-tracery top-
lights. One similar to ground floor left, then blocked original
centre door, then door under tiled porch. Addition to right has
similar arched upper window, ground floor door with cambered head,
lean-to to right with similar door, both doors under tiled porch.
House was thatched until c1920. Said to have been licenced as a
conventicle in 1724.
