Later manor house, early C17. Coursed sarsen, tiled roof. Two
storeys and attic, L-plan, 5 bays to street frontage with later
rear wing of 2 bays containing entrance, and early C19 stone wing
attached to west gable. Moulded surround to C17 boarded door with
C18 canopy. Stone mullioned windows to front, 2 lights and paired
2-light with king mullions. To rear mostly C17 timber windows
with iron leaded casements, many with arrises of timber lintels
carved with billets. Roof hipped with two external stacks at
gable of rear wing and attached extension.
Interior has timber framed partitions to rear wing. Two eastern
bays of main block accommodate stables.
