Little Thatch and Snail Cottage

House. C17. Sarsen and timber framing, with thatched roof. Two storeys, three bays parallel to road with thatched porch at left end. Left bay timber framed over high sarsen sill, the framing three panels high with jowled posts. One tension brace, but altered. Right two bays probably earlier, the upper floor only framed, two panels high with central stack and door at right end. Right gable rebuilt in brick.
