4/69 Butler's Cottage

II

Cottage. C17. Whitewashed sarsen, thatched roof. Two storeys,
'L' plan. Original block of 2 bays with gable stack, extended
beyond stack by cross passage and one bay and later forward wing.
Entrance to rear, the front entrance to passage blocked. C20
timber windows with C20 diamond leaded double glazing. Outshut to
rear. Thatch half hipped. Interior altered - not seen.
