Lychgate. 1899. Heavy timber framing on limestone base walls,
tiled roof. Framing with end and central trusses, all arch braced
with carved bosses. Tracery in end panels. Supporting walls have
coved top coping and internal seats. Cobbled path. The lychgate
was erected in memory of Hannah Price. A good exmample of its type
in an important setting.
