Cottage. C17. Timber framed with colourwashed brick noggings.
Thatched roof. Single storey and attic, 2 bays, probably
originally gable lobby entry plan. Brick lean-to below stack with
vestigal framing. Framing 3 panels high with heavy bressumer at
upper floor level, and straight corner braces. Tiled gabled porch
to wider left bay, the original hall. C20 half-glazed door and
paned casement windows. Two flush dormers to front, one to rear.
Interior has chalkstone stack and chamfered spine beams.
