6/160 Manor Farm Cottage

II

Farm cottage, now store. C17. Timber framed with wattle and daub
infilling, some brick replacement, and thatched roof. Living room
with former inner room, and gable stack. C20 lean-to across front
and small extension at end. Framing 3 panels high with corner
braces. Boarded door into living room and paned windows. Flush
dormer to chamber over living room. Brick stack on stone base.
Internally: Main room has deep chamfered spine beam. In poor
condition at time of survey, May 1986.
