House, now offices. Early C19. Diaper brickwork with slate roof.
Two storeys, 3 window bays. Central half-glazed door and radial
fanlight within rebated brick arched entrance. Sixteen-paned
sashes with gauged lintels. Gable stacks. The building is
contemporary with terrace to left, too altered for inclusion in
list.
