Lodge to Southcott House

II

Lodge, c1840. Undressed flint with brick quoins, window dressings
and fascia. Asbestos slate roof. Octagonal plan, with C20
additions at rear. Door in link. Round headed timber windows with
raised brick arches and quoins. Moulded stone eaves over deep
fascia.
Interior has central brick stack with C19 iron fireplace.
